It has a long battery life and it’s very durable as I have dropped it a few times and bumped it against things at work. Keep track of my daily steps and my heart rate for the most part. It is very accurate.

With this watch I can make and receive calls on it without having to take out my phone. It can monitor my heart rate. I like that it can track my activity when I am walking or exercising.
