I am a volunteer firefighter and needed something light and that gave me some added perks like lots of sports modes and sleep modes and my heart rate. I had a heavy duty watch that was bulky and about 4x the price. It didn't do everything this little watch does. It is so light and I love that the band of the watch is secured and doesn't flap around and get caught. I am an active person and this watch fits my lifestyle perfectly!

I have had this since December and it’s been very useful! It has so many functions to use which I love. The different face options are cool and being able to add personal pictures of myself and family as the face is nice. the quality of the brightness of the pictures are great! I love the sleep aid. There is even a section to track calories burned you dance, went for a walk, hiked, workout, run and many more. I love to dance so this part is nice.

I often suffer from insomnia, but the CES sleep aid function of the watch is really effective! After using it every day, I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more energetic. Other health functions such as blood pressure monitoring and blood oxygen detection are also very useful.

Since wearing this sleep-aid watch, I feel that I fall asleep faster and wake up more energetic in the morning. The sleep data it records is also very detailed, which helps me adjust my work and rest.

I bought this watch to monitor my heart rate and glucose levels. The CES sleep feature was an added bonus, and I can’t believe how much better I sleep now!
