This watch was a great price so I didn’t need to spend a lot of money on any brand name watch like an apple watch...Comparing it to my wife's phone when we use it pretty much the same amount of time per day and all we do is walk = battery lasts a good amount of time as any other smart watch.

This is a great watch for the price! Much better than I expected. It has a nice display and a lot of functions such as Laser therapy, heart rate monitoring, sleep scores, calls, messages, etc. And it supports tracking of a lot of activities. You can also change the watch face to one that you like.

In addition, the associated mobile app is excellent. It is responsive, let you view a lot of information and has a nice UI. I feel it is on par with other watches at much higher prices. I feel like I'm willing to exercise more after I get this watch. It is worth it!
