I was very excited to finally have the watch in my hands. I have been waiting for a way to test my blood sugar without finger-stick for a long time. Finally, there’s a way to monitor my sugar 24/7. The watch has so many features. I only had it less than a month but it’s well worth the investment. I’m satisfied with the product and thank you for bringing out the technology.

Watch does generally preform most functions as described. The documentation included is poor does not describe all features or functionality in detail, have to refer to website to locate details of specific watches this is cumbersome and inadequate. The watch information may not stay up on website for long as new models replace current ones. Need a customer support page with downloadable detailed reference information for each watch or device.

I received my new watch in a timely manner. And it works well, my purchase is to monitor my Blood Glucose.
